"Love God, Love Others, and Prove It"
Thank you for taking the time to visit our web site. Onley Baptist Church is a vibrant and friendly Southern Baptist Church located at 25501 West Main Street, in the town of Onley on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. I have had the privilege to Pastor this wonderful group of people since January 2000 and have seen God do many exciting things during this time.
I want to personally invite you to join us for worship at Onley Baptist Church. Don't worry about what to wear. Whether it is blue jeans or a coat and tie, you will fit in and feel welcome. We seek to worship the Lord in spirit and in truth as we study His word and apply it to our everyday lives.
We have Sunday School for all ages each Sunday morning from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Our Worship Service starts at 11:00 a.m. We also have a wonderful children's ministry (September-May) on Sunday nights called Awana, from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Youth Group also meets on Sunday evenings at 6:00 p.m.
If you have any questions after surfing this site, please feel free to contact us. I look forward to seeing you this Sunday!

Exodus 32:13 (NIV)
Remember your servants Abraham, Isaac and Israel, to whom you swore by your own self: 'I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and I will give your descendants all this land I promised them, and it will be their inheritance forever.'"

Daily Manna from the Net for Wednesday, February 22, 2012 [Proverbs 4:20-27]
My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one's whole body. Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips. Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil. Proverbs 4:20-27 NIV
